ONE Academy recognises the importance of focusing on the whole child and supporting positive wellbeing is balanced with skill development.
Collaboration: Teamwork is an expectation and we encourage all to participate together with true cooperative spirit. We interact positively with our teammates, coaches, opposition players, umpires and with spectators.
Determination: Our players are courageous and strive to improve to be the best they can be, both on and off the court. The academy is designed to create leaders who show conviction to achieving personal best and to providing positive pathways for others.
Understanding: At ONE we understand that sports require a big commitment from both the players and their families. While we expect regular attendance at training and games, we do respect that there are times when family commitments will need to take priority.
